Rights
On April 23, 2007 Mate Myers & The Aces gave their permission for archive.org:
"We strongly encourage the taping and trading of our shows. The more people hear our music, the better. Audience taping is permitted at shows for personal, non-commercial, home use only, which may include trading. Soundboard patches may be available, at the discretion of the band, but should not be assumed. Come prepared. We can't provide you power, extension cords, blank tapes, adapters, etc.
We would love to have a section at archive.org for Nate Myers & The Aces. I play drums and serve as webmaster for Nate Myers & The Aces and I speak for the band who are all on board with this policy. I've uploaded a few shows to Open Source Audio - I haven't had any luck uploading to LMA, since we don't have a section. Can you help us out?
Thanks,
Mike Noll
